[Grouchys Liberaltopia] Before, I was concerned that even if he were impeached, Bush might claim some illegal loophole to stay president, as he’s done with warrantless eavesdropping, torture and detaining U.S. citizens without due process. He would then, as commander-in-chief, order the U.S. military to keep him in office, making our government a military junta.
