[Jim MacMillan: Blogging, News, Information and Opinion from Philadelphia] Five years ago, from May, 2004 through April, 2005, I spent most of my time in Iraq, working as a photographer and photo editor during some of hottest periods of the war, and covering more than 200 combat missions. I kept a private, primitive, password-protected blog for friends and family, and now I am ready to share it.
