As well, another caveat should be attached: there is no way to confirm the existence of "al-Qaeda in Iraq" or for that matter the existence of "al-Qaeda" in any other country, period. There are others who report regularly on individual countries or areas of the world consistently if one looks for them but the Head Heeb remains a singular and remarkable resource of quite underreported areas (and this does include Israel).
