Al-Muhajabah's Islamic Blogshttp://www.muhajabah.com/islamicblog [Al-Muhajabah's Islamic Blogs] Elsewhere in the article, Morley links to a story in Britain's Telegraph newspaper from September 2004 by the same Michael Smith (now at the Times of London) who broke the original Downing Street Memo story and the second memo. In the Telegraph story, Smith describes some leaked memos that appear to be the same ones I highlighted here. There is also a second story in the Telegraph about these same memos from around the same time, also by Smith.

Some slightly related from Technorati and Google.

The Bush campaign collected 7.5 million e-mail addresses and amassed 1.4 million volunteers."

Many write fictions, but in the case of Arthur Machen (1863-1947) he was the creator of a story which quickly was adopted into folklore. That is, in a very short story called The Bowmen, published in a London newspaper, the Evening News, during the First World War, he conceived the fancy that during the Battle of Mons, Welsh archers from Agincourt and even angels, came to join the British forces in their fight against the Hun.
