I guess telling the forum in Ontario that he was in a staff meeting sounded a lot better than "...in the middle of an obvious attack on our country, and at a time when I did not have any idea how widespread that attack was or whether I had to make any immediate decisions to save lives or retaliate, I decided to finish the Happy Goat.
